MVM camshaft bearings are produced under SAE-J835 international manufacturing standards. Bimetallic bearings with 1010 steel shells and Babbitt linings allow dirt and solid particles to be embedded or suspended in the engine oil. The Babbitt lining also withstands high loads and provides camshaft journal conformability.

MVM manufactures full round bearings without any joints. We machine all surface areas to guarantee concentricity between inside and outside diameters resulting in wall variations of only ± 0.0003".

Flexible production schedules and fast set up times allow us to manufacture small quantities of bearings with special features such as over size OD, semifinished ID or any other client required special features.
