MVM valve guides are produced under SAE-J1682 international manufacturing standards.

The raw material used to manufacture MVM valve guides is cast iron type 40. This material is carefully selected with the purpose of producing guides that have excellent thermal transmission and wear resistance.

All valve guide surface areas are machined to guarantee inside and outside diameter concentricity, resulting in a wall variation of only ± 0.0003".

MVM´s flexible production system allows us to manufacture small quantities with short lead times.

MVM manufactures original equipment, standard and oversize guides. We also offer specialized guides to meet some clients needs.
